My Savini BM-12s, most recently serving well* on my 2023 718 GTS. More pics tomorrow/Thursday when I get them on..

These are Michelin's best hi-performance all-season tire, the Pilot Sport All Season 4.. WHEN it rains here in the Sonoran desert, the heavens open and dump MUCH, MUCH water on the roads, and I prefer the higher safety of *** to summer tires.. The rears are 20s instead of 21s, tire width is 295 instead of 305, and aspect ratio is 35 instead of 30. Calculated diameter is 0.07 inches lower.. New fronts are 255s and not 245s, and calculated diameter is 0.28" greater.

* Actually, the other 4 (of 6 tires and six wheels) served on the Cayman; these two are still new.

Maybe it's the time of year, but no new kicks?

New wheel day. HRE Classic 300, 3 piece, custom painted Porsche Satin Platinum centers, 20/21. Suspension SPASM -10mm.

Have a set of Techart HAS springs in the garage, which I may add later, but pretty happy with the ride and look as shown.

300s are classic and gives the 992 such a sophisticated look. Too bad they're so rigid with offering customized offsets.

No thoughts about adding spacers? Here's fellow member @tourenwagen former cab:

@tourenwagen cabriolet was my inspiration and we have chatted on IG. These were 3pc custom wheels so I could have gone as aggressive as I wanted, but mine are just right for me. Here are my specs. Ordered through Tag Motorsports which also did the custom painted centers, HRE final assembly.

Had a totally different experience with HRE. Those are their standard offsets for the 992 btw. If you want custom, they charge extra. That was my case anyway.

Money wasn’t an obstacle. 😉 Lot of great wheel manufacturers out there that will do custom. If I remember, you had a very nice set of custom wheels on yours.

Anyone have pics of a base Carrera (not lowered from PASM) with aftermarket wheels? Hoping to see fitment and wheel gap looks like on a standard height 911.
