Default My experience

About 6 months after I got my new 21 TTS, I received the spoiler error message. Took it to the dealer who had it a few days to investigate and in my car they found a grounding issue with the front spoiler causing the problem. They fixed it and never had the error show up again. Not sure if it's relevant to newer models, but I thought I would mention it.

1000 + miles on my 2024 992 TTS AFTER 30 days of ownership. No issues at all. Last night was first launch 🚀 on private two mile strip. 10.2 1/4 mile and 2.3 0-60. Confirmed with dragy. I would be ****in* pissed if I had a spoiler error message that popped up after warranty expired. I guess just drive your cars.

Had the spoiler error right after car wash and cleaning the front radiator area. It’s scary how unstable the car is with aero not deployed properly. Error went away after a restart and let the car dry a bit. I just imagined sensor issue due to water but my worry is this is a well know problem and this is not the last I’m going to see this error.

That is a really strong run stock! Post up your draggy.

We need a draggy thread pinned on here.

Billy: great runs and congrats on the solid runs. The midwest has good weather right now. Draggy are the same, it's a cool toy.

I scanned the car and here’s what I got back from my Autel MX808S 2023 version. Note the rear spoiler was stuck open halfway when I ran the scan and the spoiler function test results. The scan was done first.

Note: I was amazed to see how high the spoiler raised during the test and it also turned inward as if it could be used as an air damn during braking like the Bugatti.

Dealer ordered front spoiler to resolve issue. I’m struggling to see how this part fixes it but we will see. I’ll post results when I get her back and tested thoroughly. Dealer said the operation of the front also affects the rear. We will see if that holds true. I’m not confident in the analysis.

Mine was happening on and off since I bought the car new in March 23. Finally both spoilers got stuck partially open and the fault wouldn’t go away. My autel said the fault was for front spoiler. The first visit they replaced the control unit but that didn’t fix it. Next visit replaced the front spoiler assembly and so far so good a few weeks later.

That’s good news. Happy to hear your issue was fixed. Do you have the parts list by chance and mind posting it here? I’m curious what part(s) the “front spoiler assembly” consist of. Is the part# what I listed in my post?

the front straight and uphill S’es were not fun at VIR with the spoiler going wacky.

Greetings, I’m from the Philippines and I would just like to ask some questions regarding to this issue because same as you I got that dash fault and I’ve already been to different shops here and they can’t pinpoint the problem, is there anyone here that can help me to solve this problem of the 992 turbo s, it would be an honor if someone could help me to solve this problem. Because my front and rear spoiler has been stuck for a while now.
