Ordered the NutCracker so giving my personal experience on it. Didn't get a discount and wasn't asked to post this. First off, ordering was super easy and shipping was surprisingly fast coming from overseas! The storage box is a nice touch for keep safe. Definitely recommend this! It makes changing the wheels sooo much easier! No need for a big huge breaker bar to get them lose and 1/2 drive torque wrench is all that is needed. I often take my wheels off so I can clean them and clean the calipers so this will speed things up. No damage to the wheels and less risk of the big heavy torque wrench falling off or slipping and damaging the vehicle. I followed the instructions and set to the recommended torque of 89ft lbs, and then double check it with Precision Instruments torque wrench, and they both match. If you're on the fence about buying this, don't be!

Also my Precision Instruments torque wrench if for sale if anyone wants it

Thank you for all your recent orders! 7 wheeldos are on their way. Quite a few people took advantage of the bundle offer with NutCracker.

Would there be interest in custom reverse clamp, that would hug the brake pedal and be gentle on the driver's seat?

Would love to see a different design. Maybe something that pushes against the seat rails (bar that crosses over both rails)?

Love the idea of something like that

Crossed my mind too. I have the folding buckets in both my P cars. Those are rather easy to push against with custom clamp design without touching the seat cushions. But the 918 buckets are a different game and with the sofas it's not really possible to do this without some load put on the leather (which isn't desirable).

Seat rail positions AFAIK are always the same, so that obviously should be the choice here also logistically (only 2 variants of the product - manual / PDK) instead of as many as 6 if it was to push against seats).

Aluminum would be my choice. Would need to be a 2 piece design. Some sort of bar affixed to the rails with a connecting point for the ball joint of the reverse clamp in the correct position (against the brake pedal). Biggest challenge would be to design the connection to the rails, but difficulty and satisfaction seem to be friends. :-)

I assume you would do a quick connect to the rails in some way (so as to not require significant time to connect it remove the clamp). Would definitely feel better applying reaction force to the rails instead of the carbon bucket!

I already have an idea. Very easy to put on and off the rails and very stable at the same time. I just need to make sure all seats have the element I intend to use.

I would be interested if it also fit the 997 carbon buckets.

The idea i mentioned has been killed by seat undertray of 992 sofa seats. Working on another possibility now. I am keeping the 997 in mind and if at all possible would like the final design to work on 997 as well.

I took a look at my 992 18way seats and the rails would work perfectly. Maybe something made of rubber on the aluminum bar that actually fits into the rails so it doesn't slide around or mar the rails.

FYI there are last 2 Wheeldos in stock right now. Next batch is expected approx. in the first week of September.

Your interest has surpassed our expectations. Thank you!

We are on to something, that should work on 992, 991 and 718 (997 would unfortunately need to come later). Still quite a long way to go though. Realistically it would be considered success if this hits the market in 2 months.
