the touring is June.

and most 2024 GT3RS got pushed to 2025. Confirmed.
Is the MSRP staying the same 2025 3RS allocations or is Porsche shooting the bullet towards increasing?

Expect a 7% increase minimum.

Instead of trying to jam the system with 3 numbered cars (SC, ST, and Dakar) Porsche should have focused on the bread/butter 991/GT builds and then once everything was going smoothly start releasing the numbered cars one at a time without overlap. With all the delays it seems like Porsche is tripping over itself trying to get cars out, a real cluster fock at this point. I'm now feeling very lucky that it only took 1 year to get my Touring and 4RS.

The delays we know about are all in pretty fundamental stuff like ceramic brakes, CF parts, wire harnesses and now chips. Not really anything to do with whether or not all these LE are a good idea.

Nothing has gone smoothly for the entire 992 gen, before the LE cars of this gen were even a thing. The LE cars have very little to do with the major issues. It is humorous to watch a few guys in here continuously attempt to scapegoat them, you can guess why

Yes and no. Bespoke parts create Bespoke problems. Porsche can make 40k 911 per year up to recent years. Only real hurdles started 21/22 and then were compound with the numbered cars.

That blows my mind. So the '25 will basically be $40K more MSRP than the '23, for the exact same car.

Well, then the overall economy and inflation should blow your mind. Stocks are up, income is way up, rich is way richer. Expensive houses got even more expensive. Why not your ultra track focused german sports car?

In the movie Dazed and Confused, Matthew says, “I keep getting older but they keep staying the same age.”

I think that’s how most people expect things to work and are shocked to find out that if you make more, everyone else has to make more, and everything costs more.

The only product that has stayed the same is the 99 cent Arizona Iced Tea can 😁

Porsche reported they were disappointed in their 18% return for 23. They've publicly stated they want 22-25%. Thats likely where that figure of 7% he stated is from.

I was just offered 240k trade in for my 22 992TTS with 9700miles which had an MSRP of 268k. Same car for MY24 is a 300k+ sticker.

The dawn of the 300k GT3/Turbo S MSRP is here and its not going away.

I've said it once and I'll keep beating that horse.... Porsche used the ST as a marketing litmus test for the Porsche market on not only contracted holds, but MSRP and profit. The ST will single handedly be one of the most profitable runs of a production car Porsche has EVER had. Likely to be a 30-40% margin profit car for even VIP guys, and 45-50% for non 918 guys. Those aren't unreasonable speculation figures.

Expensive houses actually weren't the real winners of the market uptick, it's middle level homes that had the really big boom.

Here in Texas I'm building a 2.7mil residential project that will be worth 4.9 upon completion. I've got no problem soaking up that overinflated west coast money.

Thats why so many middle income earners were/ are priced out of the market.

High asset real-estate always has the highest level of volatility aswell.

Theres literally a market now for build to rent.... yes... spec out your own rental home. All an illusion.

If this the future direction for them, I would think some folks would be inclined to consider another famous brand from Italia. I mean at MSRP of $300k plus ADM, we're talking 296 GTB/GTS territory.

$240k trade on 22 TTS with nearly 10,000 miles? You sir achieved victory, and TTS values still strong.

Yep. One of the things that helps is sport design body is on a stop production on orders pending. Makes a huge visual impact on it.
