Maybe I’m confused since the OP is in the GT forum. So you’re saying allocations have been supplied to dealers including some GT3’s for Q1/Q2 24, but the next batch of allocations won’t arrive until Q4/24 for regular 992 cars & not GT cars?

When I was poking around for a GT3 over the last month or so, I did get offered Carrera T and S allocations, they seem to be aplenty right now. If that gets your jollies then they're out there.

I'm definitely not going to be an apologist for Porsche CFO coming out and saying "customer doesn't care about the price, we'll raise it because we need more $$" - yeah whatever. That's essentially what he/she said. Rubbed me wrong tbh. Everything is inflated and this is no exception. They recognize the demand (right now) but if they keep pushing the envelope they do risk losing customers.

Hell McDonald's prices are up 30%. Not that I go there a lot but I've noticed it. Are folks getting 30% raises?

I'm assuming that more GT4RSs and SRSs will be pumped out as MY25 cars.

A new batch of RS allocations was going to come out early April. Dealers knew from November 2023 how many new RS allocations they were getting to be built in September/October/November of 2024. Are you saying this plan is now cancelled? So June/July RS builds are the last ones?

Having owned F Cars and McL, the P GT cars are an unbeliveable bargain per price point versus the others. Reliability adds another layer of value. Being able to actually drive them without alot of depreciation for actually having miles on them is yet another....need me to continue?

I spoke to my SA today about a Turbo slot for an Oct ‘24 delivery. I asked if this would be MY25. He said “no, Porsche will not have a MY25 TT/S. They will flip
to .2s and not have TT/S in ‘25”. I would presume that a similar approach may be going on for GT3s.

on average, since 2020, yes, wages are up considerably. But more pertinently, the DOW is up 52% and the NASDAQ 115%. fast food workers aren’t buying Porsches.

Any clarification on this point?

Let's not forget the part debacle causing holds at ports. I believe Porsche has overextended itself. The number of models they are offering requires unerring execution, especially in the regulatory environment they operate. Germans are good but are vulnerable with a number of different types of vehicles they produce. Unless they ratchet back, customer dissatisfaction will increase. With all that said, I'm sweating my June RS build.

Most of us that were awaiting 3RS(especially PTS) have been delayed more than a year. Hell even my PTS was supposed to be delivered late November.... now mid April. There's 6 months even after materials were ordered and all.

Your experience illustrates my point perfectly. Porsche has grown faster than they needed to. Chasing profits can lead to customer alienation.

If Porsche delays my build for over six months, I'll have to reconsider ordering the car. This much I know, PTS is fraught with uncertainty. Thankfully my car isn't PTS.
