Thats ice grey. In daylight, it looks and photographs white. I was on the fence about this color and when I see it in person, I personally do not care for it much, at least on a GT car.

Burning Brakes
I think it’s very usable and arguably more so than 991 or standard 992 gt3.
and let’s be clear ADM has nothing to do with flippers and “Indy” dealers. Simple supply and demand. If someone’s willing to pay. Then that’s what the adm is. More supply and less demand and adms come down. This isn’t rocket science. flippers sell calls for what the market is willing to pay thus supporting dealers to charge ADMs.
Like you mentioned same thing happened with 991.1 (less so with 991.2). People like having the latest and greatest (me included!) and it takes time for supply to get to the market. This will happen again with 992.2 and 2RS and 994.
Im sure there are some flippers that lost their shirt. My policy is buy a car you want to keep and pay what you’re comfortable with. If you don’t like it then move it. If you do like it then it doesn’t matter what the current value is. You can drive it and enjoy it.

2) You think the new GT3RS with no trunk is more usable than the last one?
My answer is no to both, and it truly shocks me anyone would objectively argue either point

Meanwhile some cars are bringing big dough. With the BAT fee, this one is $155 over despite being 2023 with 1200 miles.

I feel the same way about the price. It's not like I need the car. I am not buying the car to flip or to make money.
BTW, I went to a local dealer and asked about "getting on the list for a .2 GT3". He said, "you know, we have so many people and so few GT cars, we probably won't get though the list in 10 or 15 years. So we stopped putting people on the list. How about about Turbo S?"
I said, "I know, I can't get anything."
So paying 80 over for a car that 99% of the people can't get is a pretty good deal.

Very long list, paint overspray, lots of rough edges in carbon, mismatch paint, hills and valleys in clear coat requiring new panels, the hood scoop things separating in half, misaligned panels that cant be made right (fenders). I have carbon fiber pieces in my 991 RS and when viewed side by side, quality is pretty different. When I look at under the hood in my 991 RS, the rough carbon is uniform all have the same matte appearance. New car’s hood looks exactly like how my ZR1 hood was, lots of left over clear/compound, glue marks that dont come off, lots of sand marks and white marks. Its like it came off from one of those made in china ebay carbon fiber sellers. Same goes for those black plastic pieces, lots of scrapes/scratches, uneven black finish. If you take a paint meter in the hood or fenders, you will get an enormous (30-40%) difference.
I have no idea what was wrong with the “other” previous supplier that did our stuff in 2019, but this new one is no good.
I am also told they do fair bit of “send this back” in the factory and when panels are gt silver or guards red, its much easier to get the new one. PTS is totally different as supplier gets just enough paint to paint one car. If something goes wrong, you are pretty ****ed. All these components in the RS are hand painted (including clear), roof, decklid, fenders, hood, doors.
They are just making too many of these cars to maintain good quality given how difficult it is to hand spray these parts. This car has so many curves and curves are TOUGH very VERY tough to hand spray and get it right.

Any remedy from the dealership or PCNA?

Depends on how bad it is, PCNA gets involved if its really major. Most other things, its “within spec” lol
