our bose with sirius radio is not all that bad
The point is they are drop-in to the base stereo, sound better than the base tweeters (because the base system is so horrible), and they’re relatively cheap.

From what I listened to, the Bose system is fine in a GT3 IMO.

Ahh... So for Bose it's probably different?

I remember on the 991.1 someone said the burmester tweeters would improve the Bose system tremendously but that doesn't seem to be what we are talking about here.

Also I’ve been to your website, but it’s really difficult to find info regarding the different stages for the 992. Once developed please feel free to DM me the different options and pricing you have.

Lastly I live in Canada, so hopefully you can ship it here
I'll definitely be posting up a development thread once we get our dev car in the shop. That was slated for this month, but a few projects have pushed back our timelines so we'll see what happens. I don't really have pricing to share just yet since we'll need to go through the process of testing and tuning first to know what works best.

No problem shipping up north, either – we've got lots of happy customers up in Canada!

Let's chat — I'd love to get a chance to analyze this system and develop some solutions. If you're at all interested in an upgrade I can make this a mutually-beneficial situation! PM me here or give me a call at the shop! (503.208.6246)

I have Bose system in my 992 TT with full JCR exhasut. I agree the Bose sounds better than expected and is certainly acceptable for most...especially in an engine centric vehicle.

I changed out the front tweeters with Dynaudio M102s (from now closed RennSpec) which made a huge difference in high end clarity. I think Nick from Musicar has a solution for this...

On certain tracks, the bass gets really mushy at high volume. Midrange is relatively week...im a metal/rocker kind of dude and wanted the system to sound less strained.

I am going to have the door treated with sound shield and switch out speakers with Audison Primas...same size as stock but mounted properly. They are nothing special but certainly better than existing and not overkill for the stock amp.

Nothin fancy...but hoping it cleans things up for a reasonable cost. Will let you know.

I personally find the 992 Bose to be considerably worse than the 991 Bose was. The midranges break up really fast and the bass is far more anemic.

We JUST finished up our preliminary development on the 992 Stage Two upgrade(Tweeters + Door Damping + DSP Amplifier) and it's a pretty killer upgrade for not being very involved. You can actually replace the amp without removing the seats and the damping in the 992 takes about half the time.

Sneak peek shots until I publicly release everything next week:

I've never built one, but I found this on Google:
"An artificial turf baseball field costs typically somewhere between $420,000 – $1,140,000 depending on the size of the field, the quality of the synthetic turf, choice of infill material, design & customization preferences, and regional cost differences in sports field construction costs."

Awkward dry humor aside, we'll be releasing exact pricing next week, but it should be close to our 991.2 Bose Stage Two which is $3,595 right now.

I can attest to sound improvements with proper door treatment. Frickin woofer rattle drove me nuts.

Switched out tweeters and door speakers too...way more detail and clarity at volume.

I don't want to speak for Nick... But when I called him he said we would likely have something in a month. My car is at Emden but I'm really excited about what he has coming. Almost there!!!
