yes…but is not…look at the sideskirts of the SC and the mules of the ST…the one of the ST are not wide on the back to match the wide body.

I remember on the 992 there are two “body”,wide and slim…

wide:Turbo/Turbo S,GT3RS,SC 1900mm

slim: all the rest,ST I think enclosed… 1852 mm

Out of curiosity, do they have a pacman spoiler to go with the SC widebody or would they have to create a bespoke one?

Plaque aside, the whole thing looks almost identical to the Touring but for a couple of minor details like the roof and small aero details, and the power is going to be close to the Touring, and it will likely have the same gearbox, and it will prolly have a frunk like the Touring. I'm hoping that they'll surprise us and have some mechanical/drivetrain magic dust to throw at it, but I'm losing hope that they will.

They ve come through and surpassed before with so many epic variants ... let's see what happens.

Tend to agree. Either cosmetic stuff or possibly mechanical but it has to be something to differentiate it.

Interesting. 1,360kg is under 3,000 pounds as long as someone doesn't add Front Axle Lift, Sofa seats, or other weight adding options. I imagine LWB's, PCCB's, and Mag wheels will all be standard.

It says it's 60kg (132lb) lighter than the Touring most of which may come from comparing two different 'base' configurations -- the lighter one having LWBS, PCCB, Mag wheels, and radio delete as standard. If I remember correctly, in Europe they measure car weights with all the fluids excluded, just metal weight, but I could be wrong.

The engine defect aside, it was a breakthrough car performance-wise. It also made a lot of GT cars the speculator favourite they are now. So it was hardly a disappointment. I really enjoyed mine.

There are two standards in Europe - EU and DIN (German). Both are with full fluids, including 90% full tank (that probably explains ridiculously small tanks on many recent euro cars), and with no optional equipment both heavy or light (so no PCCB unless it's standard but also no FAL, for example). The only difference is that DIN does not include the driver, and the EU adds 75kg (or 165lbs) for driver and luggage (that's how fit and organized people in Europe are, I guess ).
