Champion Porsche listing that S/T for $911k is fantastic marketing. They wanted that to fly around the internet, which it has and will continue to do. They know no one is going to bite at that price but $911k for the most exciting 911 currently available is just smart advertising. I've had that listing sent to me by over a dozen people already

The MECOSA (mechanically remapped PDK to use 7spd manual shifter with H-pattern) for the Sport Classic was significantly torque limited (required a big reduction of torque from the 3.7L to meet limit of 7spd manual).

Exactly what he said. So the first two obvious ones will be the 992 speedster and the GT2RS - these could very well be 2026 cars since the 992.2 GT3 will be out in 6-8 months or so.

All this does is make them look like clowns. Particularly with the bad press for defrauding customers on high end cars, I just don't understand it.
