The storms that hit Texas had baseball sized hail going right through the roofs of people's homes. I can imagine he's pretty busy anyway.

I would imagine some variant of a MECOSA manual, not a classic 6 speed.

Turbo 50th is a dead cert for 2024,

992.2 GT2 for 2025 seems early.

Champion Porsche listing that S/T for $911k is fantastic marketing. They wanted that to fly around the internet, which it has and will continue to do. They know no one is going to bite at that price but $911k for the most exciting 911 currently available is just smart advertising. I've had that listing sent to me by over a dozen people already

The MECOSA (mechanically remapped PDK to use 7spd manual shifter with H-pattern) for the Sport Classic was significantly torque limited (required a big reduction of torque from the 3.7L to meet limit of 7spd manual).

Got a text today from a store with a changeable ST, asking 250k over MSRP.

Update: build has locked.

Exactly what he said. So the first two obvious ones will be the 992 speedster and the GT2RS - these could very well be 2026 cars since the 992.2 GT3 will be out in 6-8 months or so.

this form of marketing doesnt work
its like click count
100000000000 count is useless
1 purchase is all that matters

Yeah, this confuses me as well. It's not like Champion isn't already one of the highest profile Porsche dealers in the country (if not THE highest profile).

All this does is make them look like clowns. Particularly with the bad press for defrauding customers on high end cars, I just don't understand it.
