How will delays of the 3RS production impact the ST lines?

Nice to hear that cars are going to folks who will drive and enjoy the cars, the less of these cars being flipped the better.

Are they still forcing the cars to be leased?

Sadly I will drive my ST more miles during 2 weeks of ED than most will see in years. But getting at MSRP helps make the miles seem less detrimental. So yes, some are going to people who will use it

Yeah, I wish Porsche would let us sidestep the restrictions that goes with the Heritage package (and cognac interior). Love the white ceramica wheels too but am not sure I’m game for the CXX drama.

Anyone surprised Chris Harris hasn’t dropped his ST review?

Yes. Trade-ins permitted (despite an earlier post to the contrary). ADM paid upfront (no surprise). PTS open. Can one claim to win the ST lottery when there’s ADM? 😂

I spoke to exclusive about doing the ceramica wheels without the heritage package so I could spec a bespoke CXX interior and it's a whole thing that they don't know if it's possible, not sure if CXX itself will be available, gets stupid expensive, and would delay the car a lot ... so I'm not even messing with CXX and defaulting to simply PTS with the heritage package which I'm familiar with and love in the SC.
The photos online of the cognac interior appear orange-brown, which I don’t find very appealing unless paired with limited # of PTS colors. Or am I suffering from Halloween PTSD?

That’s what it looks like in person as well.

I love it in the Sport Classic so I’m familiar with and know what’s coming my way.

It naturally complements some PTS and non PTS colors and doesn’t work well with others.

I'm in as well. Excited. Submitted order with PTS. Hopefully it will get accepted.

My sentiments exactly.

No ADM paid up front?
No significant undervalued trade-ins?
No re-sell clauses back to the original dealer at MSRP?

Then you have hit the ST lottery

I have heard from my SA that PTS was fully booked already. My build was submitted with PTS and I will be very disappointed if I have to pick a standard color. NOTHING I want. But I am still very happy to be getting an ST.
I was planning to sell the 992 GT3 I have in Irish Green and get the ST in Irish....favorite color for me.
I hope PTS is available.
Since Porsche is charging over $20k for it I would think they would and should accommodate it. Such a special car and they should not make it limited to standard colors.

I heard the same thing. Feel the same way - feel fortunate to get one at a reasonable price (not sky high ADM, but some), so I can't complain. But I submitted with PTS as the SA said they have ben warned there's a flood of PTS orders that they may not be able to accommodate.

Apparently not all dealers are guaranteed 1 allocation. About 20 or so dealers in the US have not invested / upgraded their dealership enough to warrant guaranteed allocation.
