GRP now has 2, 992 GT3 Touring available. If anyone’s interested, let us know!
2024 w/ 700 miles Gentian Blue on Cohiba (have full photo log if requested)
2022 2/ 3k miles White on black (car is inbound, photo shoot upon arrival and check in process)
My local dealer just dropped the price on this CPO 2022 Touring manual in Oak Green Metallic with 826 miles to $300k. Seems like they are aggressively trying to move it. End of the month is always best to negotiate. PM me if you want to make an offer and I can connect you.

Looks like 992.2 announcement is right around the corner and these dealerships know that. It also explains a bunch of MY22s listed for very high prices just to milk as much as they can before the announcement. I’m just speculating here 😀

That’s 80k over for a MY22 car. Unless you absolutely want oak green and fine with the spec, I don’t see any logic in paying that much over. Will be interesting to see how this one goes.

Oak green is a beautiful color especially on a touring. But, I'm interested to see how this sells also. They seem eager to move it, so I don't see this selling for $80k over. Dealers always list higher than what they actually want for it. They're definitely open to offers. If anyone is interested, I think now is the time to make an offer.
Dude thats a statistical fact! If it offends you, thats on you. Take it up with your peeps.(pink, yellow, or the like). If you feel bulk categorized that's a shame.
I don't usually interject on tangetial discussions, but I will on this. I too have been practicing for now almost 30 years in one of the more competitive medical subspecialties. Your comment on risk rates of substance abuse is correct and has been for decades. In actual fact anesthesiologists (and dentists) were amongst the highest at risk for drug use/suicide (because they had easiest access to drugs). For the last 8-10 years finally narcotics are locked up on the OR's, and the anesthesiologists have to documment every ml used or discarded. In the past there was no documentation and it was 'easy' to keep that which was not used and no one would know.
First day of medical school, big list on the white board had 4 things written 1. Suicide 2. Divorse 3. Alcoholism 4. Drug Abuse: Things to 'expect' when being a doctor (then the rest of the lecture was about recognizing the signs and seeking help immediately not only for yourself, but to also look after your collegues).
Nearly every residency interview I had, one of the question asked were along the line "You are on call starting a case and your attending comes in smelling of alcohol, what do you do". You are doing rounds and you see your "Resident/Attending" taking drugs from the med cart on the floor what do you do". Your attending/co-resident asks you to write them a prescription for some hydrocodone/oxycodone for back pain, what do you do". Etc.
Since COVID, many of the staff meetings have been via Zoom, but prior, the medical/hospital staff meetings always served alcohol with an open bar. I mentioned this to the chief of staff, and commented that all these doctors are drinking and then driving home after the meeting and as Physicians should we not be setting an example of zero tolerance. His comment was if they did not serve alcohol, then many of them would not come to the meetings and the same people drinking at the meetings usually drink daily anyways.
We all deal with stress, and many of us bring that stress home, and we find our own ways to cope with it (exercise, hobbies, socialization, reading, disussing ADM's on Rennlist, lol.....) but the easy way out is indeed to dull our brain with a finger (or two or three...) of scotch, glass of wine (becomes 2-3-4) with dinner, etc, Of course the majority of Physicains do not do this, but percentage wise it is probably higher than many other professions.
I think the current crop of medical students (my son just started year 1) are much better prepared to deal with these 'stresses'. Old school surgeons (like me), frown, and say suck it up and have little patience with collegues complaining about stress, probably because that is the way we have been molded (programmed) by medical school/residency, but the current generation is much more in tuned with their mental health. They have no shame/remorse (wrong words) for 'mental days off' and there is ample services available to help with stress. If anything stress/depressions/anxiety is no longer considered taboo's like it was in my time so perhaps they are better equiped to deal with it (and avoid alocholism/substance abuse) which perhaps is a good thing overall.

Oak Green looks fantastic on a Touring. Might be a std color though for 992.2.
