I totally agree. They were selling a new, delivery miles, GT3 a few months back with Sofas for +150K. Heard they ended up taking +75K.
They also have a couple of TurboS 911s with 100K markups.
Not a single 992 GT3 has come out for any of the my regions PCA HPDEs this year. Crazy expensive garage art.

When I first started thinking about getting a GT3 four years ago, I went to the dealer and asked about "the process". Was there a list? How long did it take? How much will it cost?
The salesguy said, "Just go buy the spec you want. New, used, doesn't matter. Pay what it costs and don't look back," Or words to that effect.
It was great advice, and I'm glad I didn't wait.

It's been all about the Benjamins for the GT3 allocations...not for enthusiasts, at least in probably 80% of cases.
And if you pay $100k markup on a Turbo S, you're getting a special kind of reaming. lmao
