Oh man, you didn't just go there did you? Come on dude, fabspeed and almost anyone who is around more than a few months busts their butt to keep finicky customers happy. Posting an anecdote as a way of trying to ruin a business' reputation is just so early internet, and so misleading. Good luck finding a business without contrasting opinions about them because of one customer. Fabspeed has been superior in service to many of us.. just move along and try to do good.
