The entire car is drop dead gorgeous from front to back. Porsche absolutely nailed it.

The front is +/-, some days it looks great, other days not so much...rear will definitely take some getting used to. Very prominent rear chin / lower jaw / underbite. For $200K, it's gotta be love at first sight....can't spend that kind of money and then try to persuade yourself it looks good even if it's the ultimate driving machine. The 991.2 looked great in pix and even better in person...

It looks like the typical iterative evolution of every Porsche 911 based GT3 car.

What's not to like?

I love the rear, the front is a giant catfish which makes even signal yellow look bad.

This is a new thread?

992 GT3 growing on me. That SY looks freakin awesome.

Really like the news rims. Loved the 991s, as well, but like the evolution.

Still do not think I would trade if I had a .2 but Porsche nailed it again.

Funny that so many are using Homer Simpson in this thread. The rear "upper lip" on the car has more than a striking resemblance with him. As someone said - I really wish they tried to blend it in from the sides towards the middle of the car. Although I have no doubt these will run circles around us 991 drivers when the season starts.

*off to the garage to watch my 991.2 from 3/4 behind... *

Signal anything always makes any 911 look better...would like to think i havent reached that curmudgeonly grumpy old man mindset where everything of yore is better...views are consistent over the years. From a purely asthetic standpoint- love the 993 / 997 / 991.2; still have not come around to the 996; prefer the 991.2 nose / rear bumper to .1; and not a fan of the 992 rear, GT3 or otherwise. Reminds me of chewing tobacco packed into the lower lip

Probably depends on wheel/caliper color. I normally hate the smoked out look but its a good way to get the brake lights neutral (instead of red) if you are going with yellow PCCBs. Seems to work on the SY car for that reason.

the back end is a complete abortion, especially for a GT car.

the wing is an improvement over the last GT3 wing

the front is ok if the car is painted black.

Really love that SY, really makes the black accents pop. I with most of you need to see the thing in the flesh before knowing if the looks make it a yes or no for me. At first I hated the rear on the mules in photos and loved the front, now I think its the reverse, something about the front is mis-proportioned in my mind while the rear looks great. Photos do not equal real life as we all know though. Want to see the 3RS in final form as well.
