Yeah, thats fast for winter tires. I did 292 on the Nürburgring (track day where you could use the full straight) in 991.2 Turbo on Pirelli summer street tires- was rock solid and almost boring.
Did you jump? Mine jumped in two places per lap. Lots of power and no downforce. Super-stable at those speeds but not boring .
My RS wouldn't go faster then 175 down the straight at the Ring in max downforce setting.
I think thats why they may go to active aero with the new one (should save significant time to move the wing to a low drag setting when not turning or braking).

I originally thought you meant bouncing down the straight, but you must mean the jumps at Pflanzgarten 1 & 2. Most cars get a little air when you're really fast. I wasn't super fast in the Turbo - it certainly got light in those spots, but didn't feel like I caught air like I have in some other cars (most notably as a passenger).
Look, you win ok. But In that case I'm going straight opposite direction challenging anyone to have done ED in the snow.
But joking aside, those are some serious Ring speeds with new car. Nice work

I could not find winter tires for my RS, but that's nothing for Turbo S though. Mine (991.2) is an all-season daily driver in Canadian mountains. I had to pop back in all the brake ducts in this spring - the snow dislocated them. But Porsche in its wisdom zip-tied them to control arms so they do not get lost when thy pop off. Porsche does test the cars in winter and it shows.
Also got to over 170MPH at Spa while GT3 (991.1) only touched 157MPH. Unfortunately, I did not get the data from the Nurburgring.

Nice - found this old pic of trip computer in Turbo at Nürburgring:
