what happened to the experts saying the Goodwood fest would have the reveal ? Well if the car was ready they would have virtually revealed it anyway. I wouldn't be surprised to see this thing revealed spring 2021.

There’s no point to show the car digitally - or otherwise - long before they plan on putting the car on sale.

It’s pretty clear the on sale date has been pushed, just like ... other high performance cars ... from peer manufacturers (McLaren 765 delayed, next sport series debut delayed a year; Ferrari SF90 deliveries haven’t begun - the very small first round of press drives just took place - and the car was launched last May, 812 VS also absent, etc. - just a few examples from top of mind)

And the new C8 will grab the attention from some.

Maybe the Z06 version - don’t think a GT3 and base C8 have any overlap...

I would welcome this more than anything, but is this a wishful thinking or a fact based statement from a reliable source - both statements? 😀👍

They’ve been using the Paul Ricard track before, so that would perhaps be the site...?

Chris 3963 has more accurate information on future cars than any other RL poster other than 918 owners.

So I would believe what he says.

Thanks for the info, Chris.

Ricard was my first thought, as well. Photos will likely leak; 991 GT3 pics from the filming day leaked.

Well, with the name you’re using for him at the beginning of your answer 😀 I understand He has an inside on this. I am looking forward to it. 👍

Wednesday evening there is lap timing for manufacturers at Nürburgring. Heightened activity of Manthey and Porsche Motorsport people are reported... will they attempt a lap time? Most likely we will see more video of the coming GT3- unless they all went filming in France. Anyways - hoping the France filming is happening and that we’re closer to a reveal than earlier thought.

This weeks Nürburgring schedule.
