Glad to see you are using Jet-Hot Mike - my tips, which are the first ones done by them as far as I know, are just as nice as the day you sent them to me about a year ago.

Yes and they look amazing! Sorry, I meant that as a general question to the forum.

As this is a development thread, we thought you might like to see inside the shop and the R&D process as we developed our 991.2 GT2 RS exhaust suite!

Here are a few detail shots showing off the welds done by our fabricator Ben on a set of Cat Bypass Pipes! Each one is back purged for maximum strength!

Odd, as Ontario dealership quoted $1,100 as they said it's a day of work including removing bumper and exhaust. They mentioned these manufacturers always underestimate the labour time involved.

It actually turned out to be $230 ( 2 hours of labor) and the bumper did not need to come off.

They are welcome to come visit and we can show them how to do the swap with bumper on or off in 2-4 hours depending on the condition of the hardware.

While we are on the subject of installations - ATTENTION please!

We've noticed an increasing amount of vehicles coming in for installs have snapped or missing turbo heat shield hardware. We highly recommend being very careful when removing the bolts and using penetrating fluid. We also recommend using anti-seize on the threads when reinstalling.

Do you notice a difference in the sound between Normal and Sport modes?

In the video I switch around 20 seconds, 40 seconds, and 60 seconds. I don't remember which order now! Sorry.

I prefer Sport+ with exhaust on

Sport has too many crackles.

Who Is Interested in SOUL 991.2 Header Development?

We are strongly considering this as a development project for 2020, and we'd like to feel out the community. What do you like and don't like about current headers on the market? What would you like to see from us? We are happy to take your feedback into consideration for this project, so talk to us and let us know

Best regards,
John Gaydos

Me me me!
But then again, every time we talk on the phone, I ask you where are the headers!
I'm happy to be a guinea pig too!
