Seems like interest will increase here as more hit the market.
If looking for a 991.1 you know HFS is where it's at

Back to the algar car (no affiliation, I just know them as the fiat dealer and being a car guy and saw it through the window) the armrest looks like blue alcantara with Carrera on it and the door sills say Porsche exclusive. I am sure there is a good story behind the car, but it seems like at the very least someone spent a ton of money on exclusive options some of which don’t appear on the build sheet which is odd.

I don't think there really ever is a 'page two' on the build sheet as printed through the online service, it just gets longer and longer, but I could be wrong.
Occasionally dealers get hyper-optioned cars evidently configured by PCNA as bonus allocation cars, Not sure their purpose, car shows perhaps? At any rate, I know they can often be hard to sell and often sell new for a big discount.
For example, my local dealer had a ridiculously optioned year one Macan Turbo a while back that was similar, just dripping with extra leather and pretty much every possible option with a stupid expensive sticker price. They were blowing it out at a huge discount, but it was still more expensive than configuring one with just the options you really wanted... I wonder if this was one of those PCNA uber-option cars.

That 4S has me going...
Also wanted to add that a huge change from the 991.1 to the .2 with the turbo engines is that you can upgrade to the powerkit after purchase for a comparatively modest amount... $7K for the powerkit and another couple of K for installation, and your at 450HP conservatively, probably closer to 500HP with a modest tune.

Were the option packages different in 17 than they are now in 18? The air vents are a separate option as is the climate control panel painted neither of which are on the option list (at least not the way they would be now). Same with the armrest, it should be in leather with the logo, not whatever it is (looks like blue alcantara or something in the picture but could be an optical illusion).
Just curious really. It is very unusual to see a car specced like this around here. If anyone buys it and wants to trade air vents, let me know. Lol.

Extended Interior Package, Dashboard Trim in Leather
Covered in Smooth-Finish Leather with Partially Decorative Stitching
- Dashboard end trim
- Windscreen defroster panel
- Instrument surround (upper section)
- Side defroster vents
- Center dashboard trim (upper section)
But your right, the tiny bit of 'climate control panel' painted exterior color isn't part of the painted interior package and cost almost as much just for that small additional panel and it does seem to be missing off the option list.

I would pick up that car in a heart beat. Of course, it doesn't help that it is spec'ed very close to the GTS that I ordered! LOVE that sapphire blue painted interior!

With 6,400 miles priced high in my opinion.
Like a $110K with new car discount. I think will take more than a $14K haircut no?
Low $90's maybe?

The Sapphire Blue build sheet doesn't show the PDK or the Sunroof - at least I don't see it. So far as the car goes it was most likely a Ferrari guy who decided to try a Porsche and chose to go back to a Ferrari. Ferrari guys are used to loading up their cars with very personalized and expensive options so this car would be typical for them. Someone is going to get a very unusual car at a very good price.

Gorgeous! Are those vent slats painted black, or wrapped in black leather? Can't tell which.
But I can tell that it is one of the two CXX vent slat options, because that is how one gets the surround.
