STG -- thanks for some great threads. I was following the 991 HFS thread for ~ 5 months looking for the right match. Kept coming up short. Started reading more about the 991.2.
Coming from an '08 Audi A4 I figured I wouldn't miss out on the reported shortcomings: turbos vs NA and tamer exhaust note. Greater torque at low RPM and more usable power for DD seemed like a good trade-off.
I found a 2017 C2 manual cab, PSE, Bose, entry and drive with 1,700 miles. Essentially new.
Kevin at Beachwood Porsche was great.
I put 19in snow wheels/tires on prior to delivery. Saving the 20 Carerra S wheels for April.
This car is so much better than the base 991 that I have test-driven. I love this car!!
Happy Inauguration Day!!!
That's a beauty! You really scored on that one. I'm also looking for a CAb but I want a C4 with lots of fancy stuff...
Thought this was an appropriate thread to post this in.
My 991.2 C4 is currently for sale, price is best offer. Can also offer a lower price if you are not interested in any (or all) of the enhancements, since I have all of the original parts still.
Thinking about jumping back in the Audi game, I love the 991.2 but its also a little impractical at times for me.
115k out the door. CPO. Warranty till 2022 or 100k.
Was dealer demo car, 4k miles. Never titled.
Front axle lift, spasm, sport package, black/Bordeaux, 18 way, no sunroof.
Yay or Nay?
I cannot speak to the out the door price but my thoughts are the first 2 years is about a 25% depreciation, even with low miles. If you calculate this is a 1.5 year old car, figure 20% from MSRP or $107k. Add $3k for CPO and the asking price of $109k appears to be fair, not great. If this car speaks to you, sharpen your negotiating skills and go for it. Best of luck.
First post here, but I've been lurking for a while. I've been thinking of trading in my 2015 F-Type R on a 911.2S. I'm currently looking at demo. 8K miles, never titled. $98K on a $123.8K MSRP. So basically 20% off MSRP. The build is:
Graphite Blue/Black
Manual
PASM Sport
Sports Exhaust
LED headlights
GT sport steering wheel
18-way seats
Premium Package Plus
Sports Chrono
20" Carrera Sports Wheels
It appears to be a PCNA car with having 8k miles and never titled. It definitely shows some signs of wear - driver seat is squeaky, the plastic lower front spoiler has definitely been scraped on a number of occasions, paint is in desperate need of full paint correction. The little issues with it make me want to walk away.

I had a blast at the PCNA 'beat the crap out of a 991.2 driving around a parking lot course' event a while back... Come to think of it a graphite blue over black car.
Just kidding, they were ALL PDK cars at that event, but very possible your car was used for other 'drive it like you stole it' events, perhaps a press car? 20% isn't nearly enough off for a car that looks driven hard and put away wet.
If it was 20% off on a pristine, fully documented, perfect, CPO car that had your perfect build specs, that might be worth considering.

there are a few cars with the exact same spec down to the silver seat belts I’ve seen listed on cars.com. Spec is just about perfect; however, wife wants a PDK, so she can drive it too ... Which is a good thing.

It could be a "Master the Manual" car at PEC Atlanta... I spoke with some folks from Porsche and they flat out said to walk away from PEC cars.

Lurking for a while, but have taken in some valuable info
Just picked this beauty up in Florida. $112k delivered to my door with a CPO 600 miles on the clock $142k sticker.
A smoking deal love it!! Her twin is for sale in Colorado Springs for $8k more....
I love racing yellow and 4S's, and that's low mileage. Actually, I'm a bit surprised you found an AWD car in Florida, I'd think they'd be somewhat scarce.
I do boggle a bit when I see a car loaded with $30k in options. I've never gotten above $25k while playing with the configurator - and that was because I'd added $14k for the Powerkit / Sport Package bundle.
