Default 991.2 Pre-owned: 4SALE & SEALED DEAL$

Many guys don't want to buy new and like the advantages of a CPO warranty and taking advantage of the first big depreciation hit.

991.2's are hitting the pre-owned market and deals will get better as time go on.

There is a thread for 991.1's, those looking for the newer 991.2 now have a focused place to look for their next dream car.

Big changes for the .2 include Apple CarPlay, Turbo engine (more HP and torque), and optional rear wheel steering and front axel lift.

Any recent scores?

Let the search begin

Currently cars.com showing like 25 base models and 35 S pre-owned variants. Not much to choose from yet.

What has anyone seen for pricing?? Assume close to MSRP.

Posted this in the other thread, but re-posting. I was looking to see if I can find a pre-owned base 911.2 cab closer to $100k, but it looks like it will be a little while longer before it gets to those levels.

$126k -> $115k

Too soon. It'll probably take a good 12 months to start seeing dealers sell CPO models at a significant discount vs. sticker since they're still current year models. More likely when the 2018 models start hitting showrooms.

From what I've seen they're still running <10% discount of the cost new.

When you can buy new at around 5% +/-

definitely still overpriced, but if you do get the CPO with it, that is worth something (approx. $3k, correct?)

+991.2, a bit too early for this thread, not much deal for a car that is a few months old. Deals starts to happen after a year, better deals are obviously when they are 2-3 years old.

thread started to keep these out of the 991.1 HFS thread. May be slow now, but will pick up over time

I agree. A bit soon, and no real "deals" to be had from what I see. But .... you have to start somewhere!

Once cars hit $20K+ off MSRP, you'll have more interest.

Obviously there are .2 buyers out there. At this point, if you're spending this much, better to buy and spec new. The average guy wanting to spend $125K+++ doesn't want a compromise to only save a few bucks.

Porsche of West Broward has a bunch of used 991.2 for sale listed on their website. I think they are all demos. I don't know how the asking prices compare to MSRP.

My mother was literally just there haha!

Since this is not the sacred 991.1 thread ( ), West Broward has decent deals on leftover 2016 Macans and Cayennes if anyone is interested.

I see "no deals yet" as a good thing. A very good thing.
