My trouble free streak of 911 ownership is over. Any ideas?

No evidence of rodents where the car is stored. After a 10-15 min wait for Porsche roadside assist, flat bed will be here in '130 minutes'. My wife said why don't they just say 2 hrs. I think 130 minutes sounds better. So......if you break down in your new P car, make sure your cell phone is charged and you have sunscreen.

Good thought Dewinator. I just went out turned the key over and PSM function worked normally, drove 1/2 mile and then it completely ceased to function again, and same warning lights. Hopefully not just an electric gremlin they will reset. I'm sure this tow will cost P a lot of $.

Not the best rolling advertisement for a brand
I always wonder when I see new luxury cars on a flatbed. Anyway 4 hrs from my call to Porsche roadside assist. Tow truck was based 20 min away. Not sure why they did not use a service closer to me. I'll let you guys know what happened. It was exciting for my son to se a car carrier in action.

Hey man. Sorry bout your problems. Just be glad you're in California and have a Porsche. This will get sorted. Could be worse. These are words of encouragement, to look on the bright side.

In the UK, they use "closed" transporters as I guess it is not good advertising to see broken down cars on transporters.
My battery was the cause of my issues as well, and the recovery service did say that the batteries used for the Start / Stop systems are of a low brand (his words - not mine), unlike standard batteries used for the older series.
Battery failures do cause the weirdest array of message.

Update
After a full day of working on it and trying to figure out what was wrong the diagnosis- possible wheel bearing or sensor failure. WTF? At 2500 easy miles? I am concerned this may not be the cause. He assured me they will run it through a drive cycle and make sure. Thoughts??

Well sensors can go bad. Pretty rare but if the control system started getting bizarre voltage readouts from a bad sensor then it might be the cause.

I guess I am surprised the OBD diagnostics can't be more specific. It sound like they go through a set of algorithms- it could be this or that, and the wheel bearing or its sensor is the most likely. It sounded to me like an educated guess.

still seems less like a mechanical problem than an electrical one to me.
