Today I bought a windshield wiper fluid hose for $24.

When I poked around to figure out why my fluid was spraying out from beneath my hood and not from the nozzles, I found that the hose had broken cleanly at a natural bend point right there where the hood support strut is. I bet it happens a lot.

Yes, it is actually quite common so everyone should take a peek at theirs and see if it needs replacing sooner than later!

I so need to do this but keep forgetting as I’ve never driven it in the rain and only notice I after my drives when I’m washing it. Thanks for the reminder.

Sure, my fix worked in the mean time, but I like having things look "correct" especially when it was only $25.
do you have the part number for this?

I bought another Garmin Mini2 Dash Cam, $129. Excellent little camera. Plug and play. And one of the best features it doesn't have GPS to track your speed.

Traded my Valentine1 to the new Valentine1 gen2. So far very happy with the upgrade and the credit (about $100) for sending the old one in is great as well.

For the $100 credit, I personally would keep my 'old' V1 and use it in a second vehicle. Still does the job.

Depending how old it is, the older ones are totaly useless due to false alerts and lack of newer frequencies..
