Finally pulled the trigger on the Soul Performance valved exhaust. John at @Soul Performance reached out after I commented on that thread and walked me through all the options and answer all my questions. Great customer service put me over the edge so I placed my order. John I a car guy through and through and his patience and customer service is as-billed. He quoted a lead time of about 6 weeks which is greatly improved from the last time I looked into the project. Now to wait for FedEx!

Just a few weeks into ownership of a 991.2. Good friend has a Carrera T and I went with him a bit back to pick it up after he had some Soul cats installed and it sounded so good... So yup that was my first purchase not quite a week ago... Now the waiting begins...

Edit: in retrospect my very first mod was just a few days in having sim enable Android Auto. That went off flawlessly.

did you replace the whole pcm or added a pcm module for CarPlay?

I used a company in Melbourne called Naviplus who kept the original PCM unit and must have added a module and they added a USB port where the ash tray delete is. They also added a reverse camera at the same time. See link below:

Dropped by a further 20mm at the front and 10mm at the rear. Carrera T has Sport PASM, so I’m guessing it’s now close to GT3 ride height. Ride is firm/sporty, but still ok for my daily driver. 34,500 miles covered.
