Just received an update that my car is in production for another 3 weeks. If supposed to be out of production Sept 14. Now Oct 5. Any idea why?

Likely a parts supply shortage issue or does your build have something unique about it (e.g. PTS)?

My build doesn't start until 31 days from now ... looking at your list, I would suggest that either PDCC or the PowerKit could be the culprit as these are significantly lower volume options that they could have run low on.

Hopefully, whatever is holding things up will clear out sooner than they are currently predicting.

My ordered chalk GTS is still on track for 11/2 build according to my dealer last week - no change to that date in the past month. It also has pccb, ras, sports package, LED, etc... Hopefully nothing comes up pushing it out. I would like delivery early December.

Production is about a week v260. You would not think they would move into production v260 if they did have all the parts. Just a bummer. v270 is now Oct 5. Maybe it will jump back and show v270 sooner. It went to v260 on Sep 5.

Just took delivery of my GT3T at Atlanta Experience Center. Highly recommend, treated like a king. Running out of garage space so time will tell if I keep all three but feels very different than the Spyder and 991.2 GTS Cab. However, all three have a third pedal.

Just got an email from my SA saying the car will lock next week. It had been a few weeks without any updates. Nice to hear things are moving along although estimated delivery isn’t until 12/28. Long way to go still.

About to place an order for delivery next year - early on, but the build and and a fair price is hammered out. Thanks to this forum I think I found exactly what I was looking for, for my 1st Porsche.

PKPKZM88

911 Carrera
GT Silver Metallic
Leather Interior in Black/Dark Silver with Sport-Tex Seat Centers i.c.w. Sport Seats Plus
7-speed Manual Transmission
Sport Exhaust System with Tailpipes in Silver
19" Carrera Wheels
Wheel Center Caps with Colored Porsche Crest
Lane Change Assist (LCA)
Automatically Dimming Mirrors
Light Design Package
Heated Multifunction Steering Wheel
Sport Seats Plus (4-way)
Seat Heating
Smoking Package
Luggage Net in Passenger Footwell
Voice Control
BOSE® Surround Sound System

I was first looking at the T - for a fairly stripped down driving experience... however I really like the 19's and the benefits that come with them, and I wasn't a huge fan of Sport Chrono and the PADM that comes with. My only wish is that I could get the Sport Tex seats that are in the T Otherwise, I think the leather dash looks pretty great and the other small item options are fairly unobtrusive and affordable as well. This will be my "fun" car and I plan on keeping it for a long time. I welcome any feedback, and thank you for the input!.

Ok. Confession time. Changed my mind. Got a TTS allocation. December build. Same basic options as above.
