the Burmester, 4 ws, etc....still to be seen. i am trying to get somebody to let me know their opinion on those items
Oh I thought you were taking delivery shortly. Rear Axle Steering has been highlighted as a great improvement by many reviewers so far. Some even said must have. I ordered it. Burmester was out of my comfort zone in terms of cost. However people here say the sound quality is worth it but I went for Bose.
Personally I would do a black top. I did order a black top on my cab with black interiors. In my mind a blue top would be too matchy... but that is just my opinion.
it will be a terrific car no matter what... keep up posted on how you do on your order.

The night blue targa looks nice. I owned a midnight blue 997 C4 with cocoa interior and was very happy with it. The two-tone you selected is a great combo.

Delivery is this Saturday.... I ordered the rws without trying it lets see how it is ..I will post first impressions on Monday...I kind of lost my mind on the options... I promised myself I would not change my 991 for a 991.2, it would be ridiculous.

My Targa 4S is also Night Blue with Blue top, so ours will be very similar on the exterior... however I went with the Black/Bordeaux interior. I have seen the sample of the Bordeaux and I like it. We shall see when I pick it up April 26th!

there you go... that's very soon... when did you order it?
my sense is that now that production for the US market is in full swing and customer orders are not pouring in, one can reasonably expect to get a car within 3 to 4 months from order data.
Please post pics after delivery!!! I am still question my choice. My all time fav is Black, but I am a freak about keeping it clean and swirl free. So for my own good I would not torture myself, thats why I went with a night blue. I also loved the Bordeaux as well, it was my second pick. I still have time to change it before my allocation comes through. Good luck and enjoy that baby!
The dealer got confirmation of the allocation in late November. It was originally scheduled to build in the middle of February, but since I was not picking it up in Zuffenhausen until April 26, Porsche Euro Delivery slid it back until the V300 Expected Date is now March 18.
My C4S 991.2 arrived a day early. i am so happy with all the choices i made. in the first 4 hours my impressions are... the 4 wheel steering...wow...new steering wheel and electronic feel wow.... Brakes...wow...this car handles absolutely fantastic...only thing i am still wondering about...Burmerster...need to check it more, so far no real time to truly listen to it...too busy with the handling and noise part...slight lag...very slight on the turbo...but what a great engine....i will come back to you with more soon....
FYI my C4S has just completed production and I have a VIN.
It looks like the original delivery date of 4/1 will be met or sooner.
The VIN does not work with the Porsche Delivery APP.
