We had a busy couple of days exploring some great roads, great towns/cities and great cuisine. Some of the photos below reflect this journey, while others are of the interior.
IMO, Leather seat backs complete the interior!
Added the leather steering wheel cover, plus extended dashboard.
PCM is getting a big workout!
Sport chrono with stitching
Alcantara belt outlet covers
The leather door sills area great to not see plastic during entry.
Photo opp in front of the church in Strasbourg, FR
During the drive through the Black Forest from Freundenstadt to Baden-Baden, we stumbled across this nice surprise
Rock star parking for the Club Coupe at the Hotel de Medici in Dusseldorf!
no wonder why Trip Advisor rates this a top spot in Dusseldorf...
Pristine 1957!
Notice anything?
NY Plates!
It was an old rail hub that was converted into a car storage facility/ museum.
Cows were definitely harmed in the making of this car!
I thought it was a very pleasant surprise that the sport chrono now functions as an analog clock. In my 997, it just sat there not doing much of anything.
Thanks for the amazing pics Joe. Amazing choice and an equally amazing color. (whats this color called and the code please). Love how you got the steering marker in red too

Have you messed with sport plus mode yet?
JD,
Now that it's "broken in," is there any other way to drive it? The autobahn just begs for it!
Hold on, how did you get factory-installed paint protection film? I just completed ED and couldn't find a way to do that, so it's coming home with rock chips.
Joe, thanks for the additional interior pictures! I absolutely love your build - the extra leather and stitching look fantastic!!! Well done!
Mark,
Thank you!!!
I had input from a couple of people regarding the interior extras, including JD. I was originally just going to get the setbacks, then I "considered" the air vents and a couple of small things. JD recommended, alcantara visors and belt outlets, and 2 other options. After consulting with Melissa at PCNA exclusive, I added the extended dashboard.
I thought I was finished until I attended a PCA monthly at my dealership, the day before the build was getting locked down. Our concours chair looked at my build sheet, and recommended 3 more options, which made everything tie together nicely.
I was fortunate to see an identical interior spec from a rennlister, pcosta, that picked up his GTS cardio in August. In person, it's better than you can imagine.

I emailed PCNA back in July asking about wrapping the car. They have a 3rd party come into the factory to do it. It wasn't officially a green light until September 25.
Wow! I have to say, your order is PERFECT. Can't imagine a better looking Club Coupe. Congratulations!
Dankeshön! I am quite please with him. After second guessing the config, on multiple occasions, I am enamored with minute details.
After having crappy data/wifi service, I will finally be able to upload some more photos of driving through Grimselpass and Furkapass in Switzerland. My Swiss friend took us on some great roads leading up to the passes, and also on the return back to Lucerne. I do need to say the roads are amazing and exactly as described. Grimselpass is nice and wide, perfect for passing those pesky econoboxes.
