Well, Mr. Blau arrived on Thursday morning into Davisville, and my dealership is a mere 100 miles away. When do you think it will arrive at the dealership? I'm antsy!

Mine was 5 business days. I've heard delay stories but I think 5 to 7 business days is pretty standard.

Picking up Blau tomorrow. Saw it with its pajamas on this afternoon. "I" am taking them off tomorrow. Can't wait.

I was told no. They come completely naked. If they put the clothing on, after our use, they may get scratched up.

I changed the front hood crest to match the color scheme of the car. It almost matched the crests on the wheels to a T!

My new CF custom plate frame showed up today. The fabricator did an amazing job matching the logo on the dash strip. I have new black security screws and covers on order, along with a new Vanity plate.

It's worth the wait. You keep building up in size. 1st, the 1:43, then the 1:18, which is fantastic in person, then finally 1:1, which has an engine. When is the wait over?

My 1:1 was supposed to be here last Friday. Still waiting. Maybe tomorrow. My friends GT3 RS came in though. I smell a conspiracy. 😉

They all look great!! Congrats. I should not have opened this thread. My wife confiscated my 1:18 as soon as it came in the door. I have a feeling that I will "find" it this Friday. Enjoy++

Can we talk 1:43 / 1:18 comparison?

If you look closely at the 1:43, the dashboard, the seats, doors, etc, all have the red "stitching" detail. The 1:18 is missing these details on my model. It does have the GTS in red on the seats, and the red 12 o'clock marker, but doesn't have all of the other red "stitching" details.

I find that very interesting. the smaller model, that is harder to add these fine details to have it, while the larger one came up short.

thoughts? peanut gallery? am I nit picking too much? Is this my OCD kicking in? I need an intervention NOW!!!
