Going with the Carmax thread: is anyone free to stop by the Carmax Duarte store and see a car for me? It is a 2012 manual 991. I can pay for your time, or take you out to a good dinner if you are ever up this way in Central Oregon. I would like a good set of eyes on it, and I can't transfer it, as it is one of those "non-transferable" cars.

Assuming this checks out, what do you think it is worth? 24,000 miles on the Odometer

According to my estimated value spreadsheet, it's worth $62,000 to $65,000 - depending on condition.

They are asking $62,900. It is clean aside from scratches in one spot on the hood and one spot on the driver's door.

I wondered, as I see people here with similar cars looking to get $68k. Heck, there is a base with 44,000 miles and the guy is asking $57k!

A pretty good market barometer:

2014 GT3 with 8k miles just sold on BaT for $115k today

Comment deleted. Just now noticed that it's a manual. Looking for pdk.

Well, it is available at Carmax Duarte. The only catch is that one has to be a CA resident to purchase the car. It is not available to an out-of-state buyer until they receive the title on Dec 11th.

I got a few pics: it is good shape, minus a pretty significant scratch on the driver's side door and a couple of scuffed up circles on the hood.

I'd buy it if it was pdk, and get a paint correction.

Are you willing to share your sheet or run something for me if I PM you the link? I am thinking of pulling the trigger on a C2S nearby that has a host of nice options but it’s definetly posted over market right now.

Somebody else here got a nearly identical car with a PDK for $63k a couple of weeks ago. It seems to be ballpark for 2012-2013 with 20-30k miles.
