Sweet machine. Love the Racing Yellow / AeroCup option! Few of these exist...

Wow, insanely good price too! Haven't seen such a well optioned 2014 with those miles asking that low, nevermind one with aerokit! I'm assuming yellow may be a factor in limiting buyers, but man that is a HFS if I've seen one.

Not really. They hardly built any 993s.

I mean, even in proportion, the mitigation of depreciation and/or eventual rise of 991.1 cars can make sense. 993's have seen massive price rises. Even a fraction of what happened to them (in proportion with volume numbers) would be a win.

But before and including the 993, there were tons of air cooled 911's built, and all of them have seen price rises. And when the water cooled cars came out, I'm sure there were people saying the flood of 30 years of 911's would never allow the regular versions to appreciate in value.

The market will do whatever it does. Let's just keep rolling with it and enjoy our cars.

There are LESS than 500 .1 S/4S/GTS/Targa cars available for sale on cars.com

That's the reality of the fact. Let's keep the search up for nice ones to post here.

On cars.com, around 240

Obviously cars.com doesn't list EVERY car in the US, but a good number to look at.

Overall cars in the USA, maybe add 50% to the above #'s? Maybe double at the MOST? Still, I would say pretty low numbers.

Do also remember that some of the listings are phantom cars. Some dealers take their time to remove the listing of a car already sold.

No Autochek/Carfax available. No mention of maintenance or accident history, and the VIN is a phony non-Porsche number...
Maybe he wants a "deposit" if you are serious...
Am I smelling something??

This one is in the Mercedes Benz dealership north of San Francisco. It is a Penske dealership by the way.

WP0CB2A91CS153383

It is a 2012.5 Cabriolet with a MSRP of $119080. Asking $63,881. Miles 23441. PDK. Not the most exciting one in terms of options, but price is not bad for San Francisco Bay area....and you'll get back $175.00 if you buy some Ray Ban anti glare sunglasses.
