Completely independent of the .2/.1 question, I have no problem with the idea of buying a PEC car if the discount is right. Run hard? Sure. Fantastic factory trained mechanics and access to any and every part they need? Check.
But a 16% discount wouldn't do it, especially since you could likely get 10%+ on any unsold 2017 without the PEC patina...
I've bought several KTM moto's that were press and other corporate bikes at a big discount. They always were in absolutely tip-top condition, tuned to perfection, and almost always would find some extra special factory goodies on them .

Porsche Experience Center.
Basically a car Porsche has had paying customers drive on a closed course...

I'd avoid a PEC car and a **** star like the plague.

They'd have to pay me to take a PEC car.
Not really, but you get the hyperbole.
I don't think 991.2's will play aaaas much a factor in 991.1 pricing as some people may think. I have little to no doubts that in likely not too far a future, especially once both are past warranty periods, 991.1 prices will surpass 991.2 prices. This is so far from far fetched that in some instances it's already very near happening.

Not necessarily specific to this car but can lettering like the "911 Carrera 4S" on the side of this car be removed easily? Thx!

I was going to remove the script on the side of my car but ended up leaving it and removing the "Carrera 4S" badges from the engine cover instead.

Yes, easily. A hair dryer would work better and less risk. Just enough heat to get them to peel off. Much easier than badge removal.
