Just basing my comment on the tendency for red interior cars to sit unsold for extended periods, almost all of which have a lower list price than that one. That, and I just don't see a 2012 pulling over 63% of original price without Porsche CPO.

At least it has deviated carpet

Like I always say, you have to act quick

I knew that car wouldn't last a few days. Don't see many like that.

Indeed, it has a very nice build! For someone that adventurous, this could be a perfect car for them. I just think it is priced a little high, that's all.

Does anybody know where to buy a good PDK paddle conversion kit? The buttons aren't going to cut it. Thx.

i just bought a 4S and deprioritized color. The 'big' options like 'S' , sport chrono, amd even interior color are things you can not change later amd were more important to me

wheels and even color now you can change for $2k(color with a wrap). Its not worth missing the right optioned car over $2k IMO

Im liking my silver but i budgeted for a wrap if i want a different color. Black wont be hard to sell later so as long as the car isnt pink or something that affects resale id say go for it

A quality 991 full color change wrap is going to cost far more than $2K, and ends up being a negative to most when you go to sell...

I've bought cars that ticked all the boxes but color in the past. Never bonded with them and they didn't stay in the garage long.

Of all things important, I'd suggest NOT buying a car in a color you don't like just because everything else is right! If it's a second or third choice color, fine, but a color you simply don't want, you just have to pass. (otherwise I might be driving Jlovin's awesome SY 991!)

Ok, guys its time to let this fish get away, black is just not my color but its a nice HFS car. It has all the options PSE,PDK, Sport Chrono, 425 Rear Wiper! The owner is a great guy and had been very helpful throughout the transaction

You can't make this stuff up. Maybe add sales tax and clear side markers to asking price?? Clear bra?? Really?

Just the point of blacking out the MSRP is goofy in my opinion because it doesn't reflect "value" of clear bra or PSE. Just mention those details in the post then.

There will be always a tension between sellers and buyers here in the enthusiast forums. There is a reason why most of the HFS successes are dealer sales. Private sellers come to this forums thinking our enthusiasm for a model means also enthusiasm for his car. I have seen asking prices in Rennlist and PCA so high that it was not worth even calling to check. Why bother dealing with someone who thinks I am stealing his baby.

If and when the time comes for me to sell, it will be because I am moving on, not because I want to make a profit.
