Agree, the sale or buy had nothing to do with HFS. Like breaking up with a girlfriend and wondering who the next dude she's dating!!
Better to post on the main board where there is a bigger audience anyway.

They're the OEM RS Spyder 20"
It DOES seem like an old girlfriend! And it's weird but I kind of DO want to know who she's dating!
Anyway, I thought it was relevant since I was replying to my original post where I gave the HFS thread the very first heads up that I was selling the car. I guess not.
And now back to the normal HFS shenanigans!

I agree, with these cars you get an emotional attachment and would like to see them go to a great new home. As far as old girlfriends, who cares??
There's usually a good reason why things didn't work out anyway.

I currently have a set of Carerra S platinum satin wheels mounted with Pirelli Sottozero winter tires - but I'm selling it with the original RS Spyder wheels and the fresh Michelin PS4 summer tires that replaced the original P Zeros. Since they won't fit my new car, if someone also wants the winter wheel/tire set I can leave them mounted and provide the unmounted original wheels and PS4s for $3500. If I trade it in, then I'll offer the winter wheel/tire set for sale!

And she took everything with her when she moved out, including her extra pair of shoes!

I'm certain you'll love the car as much as I did. She's been properly run-in, maintained, and never driven hard before she was up to temperature - but I have to admit I never actually tried launch control, you can be the first! PM me if you want to know anything more about the car. I'll miss her, but I'm glad she has a new home!

I have been reading Rennlist forever. One thing that has come up with buying a used 911 is you have to be ready to make a compromise. When I was looking for a 911, there were things I was ready to compromise on. However, I got very lucky and found my dream car. It is perfect. It has everything. Zero compromises. The initial add omitted the x51 powerkit. I was ready to buy it before I even knew it had the powerkit. I had the dealer send me a video of the car, and I noticed the carbon fiber plaque with x51 kit. Surprise the car has x51. How incredible of a surprise is that!? I live in Minneapolis and wanted a car to DD. Its the perfect porsche. Id rather have that awesome c4s than a gt3! I tried to send you a PM but I am new to this stuff so I am not sure if it went through. Either way, thanks!!!
