The ones that are bookmarked (2013-2014) with nice builds (I only bookmarked Sport Design or Aerokit cars) that eventually sell are in the low 80's, and those are from dealers. I don't think a private party car is worth more than that. But, if it sells at asking, then I will be proven wrong!

Am I crazy or have .1 prices not dropped much in the last two years? The CPO warranty expires next month on my '13C2S that I paid $75k for two years ago, original MSRP $130k. I bought it with about 25k miles and now have 42k. My original plan was to keep it for two years and trade for a newer .1 or .2, possibly a GTS, but I think I'd have a hard time replacing mine for what I paid for it, much less something newer. Now thinking I'll just buy an extended warranty and keep it for a few more years.

^^^^ If your .1 S is low miles (under 25K), then prices may have stayed the same just because there is no inventory. But I have seen cars in the $50-60K range when miles reached 40K or so. Lets face it, in the US 911 Porsche market, miles and desirability of certain options are important. It becomes an issue for some current owners: Do you want a garage queen or just drive it. No free lunch really

It truly is a testament to the car. Never has a car at such volume performed so well in the resale market whilst being so new, as 991.1’s have ever since 2016.
