For the mods... Since the HFS thread is one of the most active on all of Rennlist, how about you pick one of the folks that regularly reads this thread and give him mod privileges so we can self-police the thread if someone unknowingly posts the dreaded direct link??

So will we see a uptick in 991's when the 992's land STG? I have mixed feelings on the new universal rear ends.

I think any that hit the market get absorbed by buyers at a healthy rate. Seems like there is a never ending buyers market for the different price points versus new pricing. As cars hit the market, a new pool of buyers await. I'm sure when 992 hits, you will see downward pricing pressure on 991.1/991.2. These cars are depreciating still. The depreciation curve on the 991.1's isn't that steep at this point on the $70K-$80K ranges. The ones in the upper $90K++ will get hit harder.

These cars are depreciating assets. Even the beloved GT cars. The flippers who though my they were going to be making a killing on the 991.2 GT3's are getting a reality check. MSRP's have raised quite a bit including PTS and Porsche is taking a bigger piece of the pie and eating into the resale game.

Guys thinking these cars are investments has gotten out of hand. Cheap money and pumped up 401K's have many a little too confident.

Thank you^^I've researched several comps on various sites for 2015 GTS Cabs and the average is $ 108,300 with 19,600 miles. I'm asking $ 104,000 with 21,560 miles and have approx $ 3-4k in upgrades. More here: https://rennlist.com/forums/vehicle-...l#post15213742 T

I've dealt with John before. Great guy! This car should go quick. Saw it while HFS was down, but couldn't post it. Hope it's still available.
