Happy New Year from Toronto! Went for a cruise and took some pics earlier today, happy to have a clean car in the winter but I'm sure it won't last long. Bit of a dull/overcast day too but that is to be expected this time of year.

Not that we've had a bad winter at all but spring can't come soon enough...

Nice pics, beautiful car. See that you got the black screws for the license bracket.

Thanks!

And yes/no on the screws... I couldn't find any black screws that fit the Rho-Plate bracket. I also looked for 1/4-20 screws with smaller heads so that I could use the black screw covers that came with the plate frame but no luck around here. I ended up using a black paint marker on the screw heads and it turned out great, no complaints.

Slightly better pic here in case you're interested...

That's one beautiful car.

Just so happen I found an almost identical car at local dealer, thought you might get a kick out of it.

Hah nice... although that is a C2S not a GTS. I'd have to say this one is my identical twin, at least on the outside.

Great looking car.

I worked out the problem with my SB GTS: there are only 2 in the country in SB, so I never to get to look at or see what my car looks like on the move (I've seen plenty other 991s in different colors and a handful of GTS's). I did co-incidentally see the other SB GTS driving home from work a few weeks - what are the odds? Tried to chase after it, however got caught at a light. Judging from the head turns I get from other drivers, I think it must be quite a looker.

The above is why I really like seeing pics of your and the other SB cars out in the wild.

LOL! I should probably mention in the other thread that covers current issues with the GTS is trying to drive 'socially'. The car is a bit of a hooligan in character.

Have you by any chance got any side by side photos of SB next to Club Blau? and or Mexico Blue?

Dead of winter here in Toronto so apparently it is time to mod!

I picked up a set of BMC air filters and also a used Cargraphic X-Pipe (thanks Chris!) over the past 2 weeks and found some time to get everything installed today. Suffice to say with the two changes the car has gone from mildly angry to full beast mode with the exhaust valves open. Accelerating up past 6k or so is just... wow!

Some pics during install and of other cars in the shop below. Last few pics are of a RWB 964 that was built by Nakai-San himself last weekend. Not for everyone of course but in person the build quality is stunning.

Also a quick vid to give you an idea of what it sounds like...

Next mod/update done! Will take better pics when I get the car back tomorrow, had it in at the dealer for the 1 year oil change/service and got them update the rear badging.

Yes indeed. I was getting tired of cleaning in + around the '911 Carrera' piece so this makes things much cleaner. Not to mention much better looking of course.

Mind you I do have a bit of GTS logo overload on the rear between the badge and license plate surround... first world problems.

Better pic of the updated GTS badging... I'm sure you've all seen it before but it looks great and way cleaner than stock.

Couple additional pics from my drive today as well, as you can see it is a frigid winter up here in the Great White North. I think it hit 14C/55F yesterday so I spent some time in the garage getting her nice and clean.
