Thanks man. I'd say right now they are clean on the surface but the barrels aren't great. I had the wheels coated with Opti-Coat Pro so that makes general cleaning/maintenance a bit easier. I did also just do a no rinse/waterless wash on Saturday and hit the wheels with a pre-soak of ONR and a wheel brush + microfiber wipe down.

Mostly just hard work to be honest... my new wheels that are on the way will be much easier to clean which is good news.

Oh hey look what showed up today! Forgeline GE1 in satin graphite.

Going to check them out in person tomorrow and should have them mounted in a couple weeks once it warms up a bit. Excited to say the least!

Thanks guys. From what I gather the Graphite finish photographs a bit darker than in real life, they are more like a dark gunmetal than black. Will get some more pics tomorrow!

Perfect color. Still dark, but light enough to give them definition. A ++

Couple more pics from earlier showing the finish/colour a bit more accurately. They look AWESOME in person and are going to be killer once mounted. So far beyond happy with my choice of wheel + finish.

Picked them up today and dropped them at my detailer to get Opticoat Pro applied before getting them mounted. Obviously easier to apply to the barrels with them off the car. Now trying to figure out what the earliest is I can get them mounted based on weather projections. End of March at latest I hope!

Yessir, already sorted and sitting on my desk next to me. I actually got gunmetal TPMS valve stems which should look much better than normal silver... the ones in the middle.

^^^ sweet - dont forget to toggle between summer/winter wheels mode in order to re-learn TPMS and dont do it sitting next to another car (as I did)

you might want to score a set of MPSS while you are at it?

Yep no worries, my independent shop that handles my tire stuff will take care of the TPMS programming.

As for tires, I'm putting the P-Zeros on the new wheels but suspect they will be done after this season's track days. Def looking at either MPSS or MPSC2 (or perhaps the MPS4 if available) next.

I dont think the MPS4 will be available in our fitments till next year, I'd recommend MPSC2 followed by MPSS (if you plan on a lot of street/wet driving)

looking fwd to seeing the pictures of the car on the new wheels - dont forgot (again like I did) to weigh OEM&AFM!

Can't wait to see those mounted! Wish I could get Sapphire blue by the wife - love the color and those gunmetal wheels will rock!
