1) GT3 PDK Sport
2) rear axle steering
3) active front and rear spoilers from 991 Turbo S
4) centerlock wheel option
5) choice of new sport bucket seats (yes) or sport seats plus
6) optional alcantara interior like those in a gt3
7) rear seat delete option
8) headlight washer delete option
9) GT3 Sport Steering option
Rear steering is the best of these, but GT3 steering is pure software, ought to be a no-cost option. The only ones we might actually see are alcantara and seats. Bucket I mean, not delete. Delete should always be a no-cost option.

New photos of testing .2 991 prototypes:
1) Check the active aero vanes in the front - closed on photo 1/open on photo 2!
2) Grid engine cover in back.
3) Intercooler (?) air vents in rear bumper.
4) Front driving lights/turn signals will be larger.
Plus some of latest speculation from World Car Fans:

open at low speeds to take in cooling air to radiators or brakes, closed at high speeds to reduce drag, plus another thing to eventually stop working as motors wear out, vanes get damaged by thrown up rocks , etc.
I hope it isnt another gimmick like auto shut off at stop lights, to extract an extra 0.1 MPG , with its real performance aero effects only happening way above legal US sppeds

If they just keep the shape of current rear lights and change them to 3D effect as on Macan , 918 and C7 Corvette , that would be good enough for a facelift . Here's hoping that is what the rear camo is hiding .

Chuck, don't be silly! Those are additional tow hook receptacles mandated by TUV in Germany for all 991's starting April 1st to make sure burning vehicles can be easily towed out of congested traffic on public roads! Part of their 'Safety First' campaign! ![thumbsup](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bigok.gif)

They have a lot of very talented and very highly paid people sitting around all day trying hard to think about ways to fix things that aren't broken. Lots of little empires in any large company that need to be justified, so they will make some changes regardless of if they are needed or not.
Plus there is probably some marketing reason that increases sales as we the consumers do tend to like to see "improvements" even if they are neutral to slightly net negative changes.
I don't like the front bumper center parachute cut out either though, but I think active aerodynamics there is completely unnecessary and will only add weight and complexity. I would like to see it either removed and blended flush with the bumper or small slits on the sides added and routed to the radiators, etc.
Headlight washer delete would be a great option and wouldn't cost them anything (the slight retooling cost would be more than offset by parts and instalation savings). Or possibly make vastly smaller washer fluid jets.
I do wonder if they will add a $0 "rear seat delete" option, then keep the seats in a warehouse and sell them to second owners for 4 or 5 grand.
The beige dashboard needs to go though. The glare is redonk. Even most budget car makers have two tone as standard. Beige should come with a darker dash and wheel. And they could offer deviated stitching standard (no choice in colors but use popular/neutral colors) and really make the build quality pop for the same price point. They'd sell a lot less up charge stitching of course.
