I agree, but I think the GT3 offers the best value of the 991 line.

For those opting for PDK, I agree. For those that won't or don't, this is the highest performing 911 you can buy, for not much more than a loaded C2S.

Anyone know where one might find open allocation for this edition? Few places I've talked to in Texas already have a deep list.

And it can be had with a manual trans. That alone is worth the price of admission.

That's a bargain! It's a lot more expensive here in Europe!

About the govt's you're absolutely right

About the seats: they can be ordered with the cloth but also in full black or agate leather.

As it includes PDLS, PSE, full leather on a C2S. You are getting a C2S with same options/pricing.

You are getting the special colours, design changes and wider rear for "free" = reasonable deal if the colours and design work for you.

Works for me
Base price in US is around mid-high $120k range. Add 20% for Canada to about $150k. US price does include X51 Powerkit though.

They also announced, on the German and the UK sites that the "collection" of 911_50 jackets, shirts, watch, luggage, hat etc etc is released. Was able to order some items (and get Canadian pricing) this afternoon in Vancouver.
