This thread has been fantastic. Thanks for all the tips. All I can say is everything works flawlessly in my CPO 991.2, unlike the 992 I traded in. I'll change my avatar photo soon. Going to try that INFO and Source button idea. Love all these hidden discoveries.

not model specific but every few times driving if you haven't used the windshield wipers, they will wiggle to preserve against the blades getting "stuck" with the windshield. i'm sure there's more science to it but that's the gist. see it once and you'll always notice it.

I'm really glad that I took the time to read through this entire list, just tons of great information here.
I actually logged on today because my daughter was following me in a rainstorm yesterday and when I turned on the fog lights she called me and told me that my passenger tail light was out. I thought that I might find some info about why that happen here and you guys didn't disappoint. I wasn't aware of the rear fog light thing, so now after reading about how this works I understand that this is intended behavior. Pretty cool, and great to know that there is no problem.

When you try to lock your 991 and the frunk is open and not closed properly a honk will alarm you that something is not right and the 991 can not be properly locked.

But if you pop the frunk and then close your door and push the button on the handle, get your items out of the frunk and close it, the car will then lock itself so you don't have to walk back over to your door.
