If you have your parking brake on, you drive off or reverse and the parking brake will automatically release - you do not have to manually release it. Only caveat is that you must have your seat belt on.

Guys the sensor to open the luggage compartment (trunk) is not on the hood and not left of the emblem. It is on the front bumper in the center, just below the edge of the hood. It works there every time. And is especially effective when you spray water over that area 😖.

Also, when opening the frunk that way it is best to let go your conscious self and act on instinct. Your eyes deceive you - don't trust them. Stretch out with your feelings. You can feel it flowing through you.

When I park car, I place blue box at the concrete transition from garage to driveway and I know I’m far enough inside to clear the garage door.

There is another fuse panel behind the passenger rear seat. Easy to access by pulling up the carpet and it has some key fuses and relays in it.
