911 US sales YTD. Note the sudden ~40% increase in 992 units sold starting in April. I’d say units produced with buyer in hand. Somewhat correlates with 991 softness starting around the same time. If this number holds it will continue to play a roll, if it decreases it will play a role. Also we can assume more pre-owned 992s hitting the market now/soon including lease returns to influence more. I suppose with this metric and how it specifically relates to 991 preowned prices, it might be fair to say the trend will either flatten for a little while or continue to decrease now and continue to do so as a directional read indefinitely.

Yeah, same here. I am in Texas (looking for a 991.2), and while searching ran into this one again (first saw it 3-4 weeks ago), and now it has a $15K dealer discount: 2015 911 Convertible Carrera GTS
Several other cars at the same dealership also starting to show a dealer discount ...
I occasionally get trade-in estimates from CARFAX on my car...it keeps going up and this time it was higher than I have ever seen before. Which still makes my jaw drop on a four-year old car...
(Not looking at getting rid of my baby anytime soon, of course - I'm going to enjoy it for many, many more years!)

Just got a new one from CARFAX - after 18 months of increases, this month’s estimate dropped $10k from last month…
My SA has told me they are definitely seeing prices dropping and have already adjusted that for trade in’s as well. I also saw 991’s being negotiated down another $10K on a $150K car.

good news keeps rolling in! (for those waiting on the sidelines looking to buy like me)
A prime example of the price drop was this low-mile Carmine Red manual GTS going for only $132K on BAT last week. This was easily a $150K car 2 months ago.
