I got mine fixed via extended warranty. It takes a couple of weeks. Both sides of my doors were replaced.

That’s bad. I thought thls issue was fixed after the 981/991 generation with the standard interior. Should be fixed under warranty but may take a while. I hope the dash is oK. Hot weather does a number on Porsche’s standard interior from what I gather.

Only if you are not under warranty or CPO. If so, there's a guy here in FL named Pedro who specializes in fixing warped door panels and will have it looking new for a few hundred bucks.

Maybe the stealers that ripped you off on the oil change messed up your doors too! J/K. Pedros should be able to take care of it.

Still CPO on this one, is that bad enough to go in with?

Worried? No. I'd be upset. A car of this calibre should not have these types of issues.

My dealer replaced both panels, no charge to me. Not under warranty. You will find that how the dealer responds to this well-known issue varies a lot from one dealership to another.

If your dealer won't replace, either live with it, fork out $4,500 or so for new ones, or do the Pedro thing.

Had mine done on my 2013 under a CPO claim a few months back. Car was in for about a week as the parts had to ship from Germany, and I had a loaner Macan during that time.

If you've got warranty coverage, have it looked at sooner than later. I had mine replaced under CPO warranty without issue, but that was pre-COVID. Who knows how long it could take to get replacement parts these days.
