Just did some quick math... a pair of two piece rotors from $1200 GD, $1300 AP, or $1800 Brembo
VS my setup
350mm front/rear rotors - $550
Endless MX-72 Plus pads - $600
Endless RF-650 brake fluid - $45
SS brake lines - $120
Caliper spacers/bolts - $60
----------------------
$1375 shipped
Which one actually will give better braking performance and value?

Well for one you are are getting both front and rear for the cost of just one pair of the other 3 choices. I've spoken with a few guys who did an ROI on Sebro vs Giro or AP and they all say the return is better with Sebro. I myself went the sebro/Ferodo set up form FCP Euro, they give me lifetime replacement on both pads and rotors. Cant beat that IMO! I will say that I'm only running DS2500 pads though.

So at this point I guess my questions are for my 991.2T.
-Will a factory 991.2 350mm S rotor fit the front with 10mm spacers for caliper? Are different pads needed for full rotor contact?
-Will a factory 997.2 Turbo 350mm rotor fit the rear with 10mm spacers for caliper? Different pad needed for full rotor contact?
If yes, sounds like I can keep my calipers, keep a stock look, and just bump up the diameter front and back

Thats the next step for sure but will need to pull it apart to do a mock up. It seems like the back is confirmed to fit.
My T has a disk width of 2.5” (63.5mm) best I can measure on the car. Front and rear are the same.
If someone can take that measurement on a 991.2 S or GTS that would help.

Just went and measured my 991.2 C2S rotors front and rear.
Front: 68mm swept as near as I can measure (and yes, I used a metric tape measure); 35mm thick
Rear: 62mm swept, 28mm thick

991.ALL S/GTS are 34mm wide front and 28mm rear.
Lets find out the T front rotor and rear rotor diameter, width, and swept area.
I am going to take a wild guess and say that the T's use basically the same brakes as the 997 S cars but let's figure it out... and the 10mm front, 10mm rear spacers + 997 Turbo rotors will get you going. Front what I can see they are 4 piston/4 piston 330mm front, 330mm rear, 34mm width, 28mm rear... so yea.

I'm willing to bet that since the front/rear of the T have 330mm rotors, and the rear of the Carrera S has 330mm rotors, the Carrera T's rotor specifications are 330mm/62mm/28mm

Fronts are 330x34x ~62mm.
If the 997.2 Turbo rotors are 350x34x62, and also fit a 991.2 S based on that other thread, then based on this I would assume the rotors can swap onto a base and just spacers are needed.
BUT if the 997.2/991.2 rotors are wider than 62mm then the base 4 piston calipers won’t work with those rotors without a wider pad if that’s even an option.
Or putting this another way....are all of the 350mm rotor kits out there running a funky one off rotor or is it just a S rotor with spacers in a box?

The T rear should be the same as the S and GTS. Suncoast stated this in the past and said the only difference between calipers are the caliper color. 330x28. I just measured the width and they are close to 2.5” so let’s call them ~62mm.

Which seems to mean that if the 350mm rotors are 66mm a caliper/pad change or a pad change is needed for the base to run the 4 piston calipers.

I measured my front 350mm at 350/68/34mm, so I very much doubt that the base 4 piston calipers will work without a pad change and spacers.
