991.1 Rotor size increase

Spacer kit on the way...
Going to order the Endless MX72+ GT3 pads (will take 1.5 months) and order the Sebro slotted rotors. Will probably paint the rotor hats black. I also have some FVD stainless brake lines that have been sitting around and some more Endless fluid I will finish it off with.

This is really interesting, and something I would love to do as well. Although my car is the 991.2 T with the base size brakes. Can anyone confirm if this setup would work or something else that is similar?

Drifting
It should work for the 991.2 base/t brakes as well. I am considering it depending on @AdamSanta85 results and feedback.

I have a 991.2 GTS that I’m doing now. I’m going sebro 350 mm on all four axels. I talked girodisc into sending me the spacers for the rear but Apex might sell you some if you order the stud kit through them. Ferodo pads all around. Entire set up was about 1k. You can use turbo pads up front and standard pads in the rear. Fcp euro is the place to go. Life time exchange on pads and rotors!

Nice. Would you mind posting pics of the GD spacers for comparisons purposes?
What rotors are you ordering 997 TT F&R? From what I can see Sebro doesn't officially list a rotor for 991.2 (front anyway)

What's are the spacer sizes for front and back? I remember seeing somewhere that the Girodisc supplied spacers are 12mm for the rear rotors going from 330mm to 350mm. Not sure what size the front spacers are for going from 340mm to 350mm, I'm assuming 5-6mm? Also, who's the vendor? I can't seem to find anyone selling caliper spacers separately and not as part of an entire expensive brake package.

Here are the parts for my swap on a 18 991.2 GTS
All of these parts can be found on fcpeuro site with lifetime exchange. The only thing you need is the 12mm spacers that apex might sell you if you ask nice! Lol I talked giro into sending me some but they did it reluctantly. I talked to a lot of track guys and the roi on the sebro rotors was a lot better than ap racing j hooks or giro. They don’t look as cool but will do the job!

Nice work. I needed rotors / pads and ended up going the Essex/AP option. Weight is a concern for me , and it was nice to get it all in one place.... but boy was it pricey. The RacingBrake 380/380 option was super tempting as well, but I read some questionable feedback regarding the quality of their rotors.
For those of you looking to just fill up the wheel better, I think this is a smart option and I'm surprised a vendor hasn't packaged it together yet.

If you search you will see he has been selling caliper spacers for 996/997 for a long time now.

Just paying it forward. It took me a long time and many posts to decide on a setup. I had a lot of good advice from other members who helped me sort through all the info out there.

I'm just wondering if the same size spacers that are being used for the rear will push the caliper out too far from the rotor when used in the front. The 996/997 rotors are 330mm front and back, so you can use the same size spacers in each corner. On the 991, since it's 330mm going to 350mm in the rear, but it's 340mm going to 350mm in the front, wouldn't 12mm spacers create a wider gap for the front between caliper and rotor? Or are the 997TT rotor dimensions the same as the 991.2 350mm rotors in that the hat area is sized appropriately so that you don't even need to use a spacer up front. and you can run GT3 pads to account for the increased disk area?
