Thanks for sharing that information. I still have 1 year left on my CPO for a 2013 911 C4, so I will be shopping to extend the warranty. I was wondering if the warranty is transferable if you decide to sale the vehicle? wasn't sure id all the reps. have that option.

For another comparison, I was quoted these rates by my Porsche dealership for my 2017 GTS with 16k miles coming off warranty on May 9th. These terms are from the original in service date, but coverage is identical to Porsche factory warranty. I have not yet decided if I am going to purchase an extended warranty or not. The only value here is the longest term - it is transferable and refundable if I decided to cancel (pro-rata). I have not reached out to Fidelity.Platinum 60 months / 60,000 miles / $100 deductible $5406
Platinum 72 months / 60,000 miles / $100 deductible $5914
Platinum 84 months / 60,000 miles / $100 deductible $6426
Platinum 96 months / 60,000 miles / $100 deductible $7002
Platinum 108 months / 60,000 miles / $100 deductible $7650

To anyone joining this thread and do not know this: The term with fidelity is on top of what you currently have. For example If you take the 5/60k term that means you are getting +5 years of warranty or +60k miles (on top of the milage you have when you subscribe to Fidelity) whichever comes first.
So for example if I start coverage on my 2013 991 S with 34,000 miles today my coverage is until Feb 2026 OR until I hit 94,000 miles.

Yes. I ordered my car in April 2017 and it was delivered in August. My original warranty expires in August 2021 and my car will have 20k miles.. So basically 6k with a $100 deductible to add another ~40k miles of warranty over six years. I drive about 5k miles a year.

Yes. If I decide to keep the car and buy the extended warranty, I will try to get the additional 40k miles of warranty over 6 years for 5k. The big appeal of the Porsche plan is not having to deal with a third party warranty. The dealer I use only sells the Porsche warranty and I do like their service department. They have been good to me over the past 8 years with my cars.

AnandN - same here. I'd prefer sticking with Porsche if possible - less potential conflicts - and full coverage less deductible. I'm going to get some Fidelity quotes and see how they compare and then start negotiating.

Thank you for this thread. Been super helpful and easy to reach out to all the contacts listed.
For my 2018 GTS with 14k miles, cheapest quote so far has been from Michael Bernardo. 5 yr 60k $250 deductible platinum warranty for $3900. Waiting to hear back from Sigve.
I don't put a lot of miles on my car and don't anticipate keeping longer than 5 years.

I too requested a quote from Sigve and haven't received any reply from him. Good to know he's out for a few days. Yes, thanks for putting this info together.
My only concern is whether the Fidelity coverage is truly as comprehensive as Porsche's. I've read the exclusionary info listed in the prior posts - mostly maintenance items, which I get. I know most people have had easy resolution of claims with Fidelity as well. It would be good to hear from people who have had problems with them and what those particular issues were.
Maybe everyone has had a great experience, though my professional skepticism suggests otherwise...
