Here is what I am referencing

When pulling the bumper in to mount to the factory bolt hole on the quarter the front edge of the bumper corner sits in a bit (maybe 1/16th of an inch)

That is factory fitment for a Tesla.

New rear looks great.

Started the car up tonight-no codes, all is normal. I didn’t rev the car up so I can’t tell any difference in induction noise. Hopefully will get to take it for a drive this week. Dusk pic with the spoiler down:

Next up-decoding in which model designation to put in the back. So far PORSCHE is winning.

Just for the heck of it-temporarily rested the 911T emblems on the back to see how it looks. Too much space imo...going to try the PORSCHE emblems next.

I like the 911 only or nothing. I may remove mine and run it clean.

Clean/shaved look is an option also as I have done it on many of my prior cars-but not sure on this one as the space seems to be calling for something imo. Tonight I got the rear wheels back on and the car off stands-will try to take it off the lift this week and then do some on the ground shots to see what works best. Maybe I will put a poll up for options?

Nice job. I love seeing customisation. I really like the rear vents as well.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what is the advantage of putting a wide body rear bumper on when the rear guards aren't wider? I have a GTS so mine is wide body. I did the full GT3 front end with third radiator. Whilst the bumpe was a direct fit, it was a hug job beneath changing everything so you get the full aero effect of controlling the air and venting to top. Even had to change the air con lines to GT3. But I love it. I look like a GT3 Touring now. A turbo Touring.
But my mates call it a GTS-RS. As all the suspension bit sand brake up grades.

I like the exposed carbon wing as well. I want to do a big wing, but OEM GT2-RS and GT3-RS prices are insane. Maybe Manthey racing are more reasonable or a Cup car?

Thanks for the compliments-really happy with how the vents came out also. For me, the only reason for the widebody rear bumper was so I can install the center light bar. On the narrow body, there is no provision for it. Why not go for the gt3 touring lip spoiler?

Arrh Got it. That makes sense. The light bar goes on AWD which are widebody. Cool.

GT3 touring lip spoiler is nice, but not enough down force. My car is highly modified. I had a moment at the track at 200km/hr and the rear stepped out on a kink. So I am need of more rear down force.
The Gt3 front end surprisingly did make a difference. As the front end used to get light at extremely high speed kinks. I read somewhere that the GTS had the worst lift in the front at 16kg of lift at 100mph. Wheras a GT3 has about 12 Kg of downforce at the same speed. So thats a 28kg difference. So instead of lifting more and more the faster I go, its now hunkering down the faster I go. I want to do a customised under body aero as well. The same piece, but custom brackets to make it work on Carreras.

The odd mod
