You could definitely spray on the intercoolers. That could be pretty easy to set up using an cold pipe temp sensor that turns on when the temps rise above a certain point that you set.
I have a " while you are in there " question. The plastic intercooler ducts that are on top and bottom of the intercooler. How precise it the seal between the intercooler and plastic dusts? Are they loose, any air gaps? I was thinking of running some 1/4 in foam tape around the perimeter of the ducting to make a tight seal and hopefully improve air flow thought the intercoolers when I do my install..
Not as much. While I might worry about something from the car on top leaking onto the car underneath, I would not expect to "forget" about that lower car before dropping the lift.
Haha-don’t worry I have drip trays to keep stuff from falling onto the other car. The lift sits on “locks” every 6 inches or so. Can’t drop the lift without releasing the lock-but I see your point about forgetting about the bumper under there-will try to ensure that doesn’t happen!
Interesting that some installs require more trimming than others. Is it the cage or the Tial tubes. The only trimming I needed to do was a small section at the turbo end on the left side only.
The AMS inter coolers did not interfere with the Tial tube installation.
