this looks like an amazing job! Big kudos for your craftsmanship and great taste in making your Porsche really yours.
One question: Why didn't you wrap your A-pillar in Alcantara? My 991.1 is pretty basic and only has the roof lining in alcantara. And always wish I had the A-pillars in alcantara as well.

Phase 6 - Alcantara A Pillar
A pillars removed, just pry off toward center of car. I got my fingers in under the door weatherstrip.
I prepped these like the other parts. Xacto #18 blade to the edges, cut vinyl from back side, wire wheel foam and glue, radius the exposed edge with dremel drum sander, sand the surface. Glue up in sections to maintain control of wrap.
How do I know what vinyl to trim? I trim areas that interface to other parts. I want to keep the exterior dimensions the same as stock parts. If I just wrapped over the existing vinyl the part would grow by 2mm or more. That extra will affect the ability of parts to snap together and clips to hold.
All wrapped! I don't know if I mentioned it, but if you are doing this yourself, buy a quart of contact cement and a bunch of disposable acid brushes.
I've had this quart for 20 years, but I needed to thin it down with some MEK substitute so it would brush.

I want to wrap my A pillars as well. I have a 991.1 and bought some from a 991.2 and they didn't fit the same. Any pictures of it installed up against the factory alcantara headliner?
Also I can help with the key cylinder change. I just did it to swap out a glove box. You can do it from the underside of the handle.

If anyone wants to do some of this, I have the following parts in available:
- Glove box
- Under dash
- A-pillars
- Door panels
- Armrest
- Silver trim (can be repainted or recovered) Center console, center dashboard end-to-end.

Pretty decent match with factory headliner. Also, these are easy to wrap.
991.2 A pillars don't fit 991.1. 991.2 have some kind of locking pin. I'd guess it is related to air bags in the A pillar. 991.1 just snap in, see photo above.
For 991.2, see 991.2 A pillar removal
Thanks, I don't need to swap lock cylinder any longer. It's not needed.
