2 more question on sports cats.
1. Any issue with harmful air quality with cats for rear passengers or releasing harmful fumes in the garage after cold-start vs stock?
2.Do they pass emissions in states outside of CA?
Thanks

2. We have had them pass emissions in states outside of CA, but every state and every emissions station is different.

1. HJS HD 200 cell cats have a high amount of precious metals to facilitate the conversion of harmful emissions into less noxious emissions even with the higher flow. You may notice a slight smell, but it's not anywhere near as bad as catless and not much worse than a stock vehicle.

Do the cats enhance sound more than headers in the 991.2? TIA!

2017 911S with PSE here and I LOVE the Soul high-flow cats. The sound is amazing, especially in S+ between 5000 and 7400.
When I’m tired, back to O mode and PSE off and it just perfect for long range cruising.
The very first things I did when I got them installed was to go for a 3800 km joy drive on B-roads (no freeways at all) and didn’t even think of turning the radio on.
I’m interested in extra power but I’m quite glad for the MUCH reduced spooling lag. It’s not practically inexistant above 4000.
If I have to change one thing, and I’m 50% considering it... it’s that I now wish the my car didn’t come with PSE and I could install the complete turbo-back active system from Soul. I could do this, it would just require that I also change the lower black trim where the opening for the exhaust tips are and I would end up with standard quad tips. 🤔
Soul all the way. Not jay for sound but also for the manufacturing quality. Short of paying 3x the price for Inconel, this is the very best you can get.
