High flow cats?

Intermediate
I picked up my car yesterday from the dealer after they installed the Soul sport cats. The sound is absolutely fantastic. Listening to the turbos spool down after deceleration is incredible. My SA even made a special call to me to tell me how bad a$$ they sound. They have installed other sport cats but this was the first time for Soul and they were impressed. Two thumbs up for Soul!

I just had the Soul Sport Cats installed on my 2019 Targa 4 GTS and took it out on the town last night to really understand what the "changes" from the PSE / factory sound/feel like. My learnings last night as follows:
+ In valve closed (non-sport) mode, the exhaust is still very quiet and well mannered. I love this. Quiet when I want it to be quiet and low on the notice band.
+ In valve open mode (sport mode), the Sport Cats provide some really, really interesting enhancements:
+ Spectacular sounds / whistling from the turbo chargers. You cannot believe how subtle but cool these sound. It's amazing.
+ Much deeper/nicer sound on hard acceleration. Nothing that will get you pulled over, but a great/deep/solid sound.
+ Much more interesting burbles on down-shifting.
The only way I can describe it is this. If you have the Targa top down, and you spent extra $$$ on the GTS, there is no better enhancement / bang-for-buck than the Sport Cats. It just brings the car alive a bit more when you want to get on it. And makes the whole experience far more involving and enjoyable.
I had a shop outside Dallas install my Soul Sport Cats but I suspect you could easily install this yourself if you were so inclined.
I hope this helps you.

No drone with high flows (Soul) with PSE on a 2019 Targa GTS.

Knock on wood here but I don't believe I've had a single fellow with a 991.2 that was uncomfortable or unhappy with the cabin presence of adding our sport cats to their car.

Anyone that has installed high flow cats if u did it yourself How long did it take u? Did u use a lift?
If you paid a shop to install How much did they charge? what part of the country do u live?
I am getting some prices to have a shop install in the North East and they seem pretty high to me?
If I had a lift I would install myself but I dont know if I want to tackle this job on jack stands. The install looks pretty straight forward I guess one of the bolts on the heat shield is hard to reach from what I have heard.
Any comments or recommendations from this much learned group?

I would recommend removing rear bumper. The rear O2 sensor removal is not easy and they are prone to breaking. The SOUL instructions are very good.

My rear bumper did not have to come off and I had the Soul Cats installed. The guy with the skinniest arms in the shop worked on the O2 sensors and had no problem.

Fabspeed vs Soul?
Which cats should I get?
The Fabspeed sounds better when listening to video.
Soul is a better price and has stellar reviews.
On the fence.....
Thanks for any replies

Sound is subjective so my advice is take some time and read the countless threads/posts here and decide.

Soul is really the only choice. Between the quality of the product, the sound, and the amazing customer service there really is no other choice.
